Thanks for visiting our website, the picture to the left is me. I'm John Smith, owner, surveyor and fitter of WindowSmiths.

I started WindowSmiths after 25 years in the double glazing industry, working in a number of local factories; making, surveying and installing units, roofs and doors. During this time I also managed 2 factories overseeing all operations.

I have seen first hand the difference good customer service and after service makes and I wanted to provide that directly to my customers, in addition to the full range of uPVC and composite products.

At WindowSmiths, I personally oversee the full service from initial, no obligation enquiry to follow up aftercare. I value my customers and use all feedback constructively. Please take a look at the testimonial page to see what my customers think.

I think it is important to keep up-to-date with industry requirements to make sure that customers get the best quality service, that's why I'm a member of CERTASS and also offer insurance backed guarantees.

CERTASS assesses and registers my work and through CERTASS I have gained the MTC - Minimum Technical Competency card which ensures that all aspects of my surveying and fitting meet the national standards required in the industry.

WindowSmiths is a small family run business with close ties to the local community. Since starting the company over 10 years ago, I have become the proud sponsor of local football teams New Hesledon SCFC, and Velocity Juniors FC. Good luck to all the lads!
